REPORTING FORMATS

Often times when investors receive their monthly operating statements there are questions as to the particulars of various expenditures. For years we have made it a monthly procedure to send supplemental explanation sheets that give the client insight and clarification of expenses, collected income and vacancy and/or bad debt loss. Through this method of reporting often times the client has the clarification they need before it even becomes a question.
